
Today in the morning i turned on my TV-set and on MAKSI programme was joga with Karina Charchinskaya ..As usual my mother does exersices to this programme..but at that moment i decided to train))If you would know how it was difficult for me>.my mother was watching me and said ..that she is good at it ..I felt horrible my leggs and hands shoke during these exercises ..my mother laughed at me ..I laughed too))After that joga my leggs were in intension..when i was walking ..I was shocked about my condition of the health..Girls,I think studies can ruin our health ,but if we will keep our shape ,doing exercises ,at least , 15 minutes a day))We will be healthy, easier percieve and bear our difficulties and problems!!Because the whole life is before,we should keep our health))I wish U to be healthy))
I agree with you, because only some exercises help us to cope with different situation. for Example I go to a dancing class and it helps me to escape from different thoughts. Do joga and you'll feel much better))))
